To support the dynamic growth and expansion of our North American market, the Regional Sales Manager West will lead their team to new opportunities and support current projects within the territory served by indirect & direct sales.

This position will report to the National Sales Director and be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of direct & indirect sales professionals within the defined Western Region
  • Collaborate within BuzziSpace global team to create a positive experience for our partners and customers
  • Develop annual strategic plan for region and its territories to meet sales targets
  • Ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle by coaching a consultative approach
  • Develop and support business activities targeting A&D, Dealer, PM Firm & End User Accounts

YOUR FUNCTION

You work closely with the Senior Buyer. You manage the day to day purchasing activities for our manufacturing plants. You are responsible for purchasing and procuring parts, tools and material at prices most economical to the company and in accordance with established schedules. You set the price and the quality of these items and services, making sure that they fit the needs and standards of the business and, in turn, their clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You manage the RFI’s and RFQ’s and negotiate with suppliers
  • You maintain supplier relationships to ensure all goods are managed effectively
  • You identify sourcing opportunities for the categories you are in charge of
  • You ensure quotation and technical requests that are followed by suppliers properly.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy for purchasing and receiving products. You ensure that the products are delivered on time
  • Data Management: Identify products, vendors, adjustments and prices. Identify and implement opportunities to increase demand and margin.
  • Project Buying: implement purchasing procedures to ensure effective product cost control
  • You analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic financial analysis
  • You assist in the daily front office operations and provide administrative support

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a bachelor or a master’s degree
  • You have a first purchasing activity experience. Ideally, you have basic competences in or knowledge of business processes, sales, R&D, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing.
  • You have a basic understanding of production processes such as welding, bending and you can understand technical drawings.
  • You have a professional level spoken and written English. Dutch, German or any other additional language is a strong plus for this position.
  • A good level of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint is required.
  • You have experience with ERP systems (Navision I SAP)

We are currently looking for a talented Master Data Officer to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible and accountable for managing the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision) relational database and its master data.
  • Analysing and uploading Navision templates from Product Managers that determine the following data:
    • Article numbers and (extended) descriptions, category and group codes
    • Materials, weights, volumes, sizes and units of measur (base, sales and purchase)
    • Color and collection variants
    • Unit Sales Prices and Unit Purchase Costs (per vendor)
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the different processes in the ERP system running ERP User Acceptance Tests and leading weekly meetings with different departments for New Product Introductions (NPI’s).
  • Managing Import/Export data – product or component changes – end of life product cycle – warehouse location settings.
  • You will also assure the quality of the following data linked to the product master data, but provided by stakeholders (such as Finance – Supply Chain – Purchase – Customer Service):
    • Assembly and production settings as Bill of Materials and quantities, per finished or whole product
    • Financial settings, vendors, material product planning (MRP) policies, reorder point, reorder quantities and safety settings
    • Trade information as Intrastat codes, pricing per price list and discount settings
    • Warehouse and SKU settings
  • You have a participative and responsible role in several implementation projects: either Navision roll-out in our manufacturing facilities or setting up the link between NAV and our new PIM-DAM solution. Your job is to manage this in a timely and correct manner to assure the flow of the daily business. 
  • You report to the Product Management Leader in our Marketing department. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a professional bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical field of study
  • You can look back at a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience within a production environment, which gives you an overall idea of the various flows in production (purchase, development, production, supply chain …)
  • You are a creative problem solver. You can solve issues in a very pragmatic way, getting the right people around the table and work out a solution. You have experience with ERP systems.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Navision is a plus.
  • You are analytical and stress resistant 
  • You keep the overview and manage to set priorities under changing circumstances
  • You have good social skills, are communicative, assertive and have a positive no-nonsense attitude
  • You have an eye for details and an outspoken interest in data management
  • You are willing to travel once a week to our production facility in Bladel, the Netherlands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Logistics Leader you are responsible for Warehouse management and Logistic streams in Europe, Middle East and Asia. At the heart of these activities you will be responsible for the 5000m2 Warehouse in Reusel (NL), which is the central hub for all BuzziSpace activities.

You will lead a growing logistics team including a teamleader, shipping coordinators and planners and motivate them to create a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In this role you will report to the Operations Director based out of Kontich (BE).

You are a strong advocate of LEAN and Daily Management principles and lead the team into improving safety, effectiveness, accuracy and budget control. You will manage the third party logistic suppliers, setup and manage missing warehouse processes and further mature the warehouse operations as well as work with related departments (After Sales, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Customs). As a team member of global operations you will strive to create excellent service towards all internal and external stakeholders of BuzziSpace and share your knowledge with your counterpart in the US.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistic Management
  • 5 years of relevant experience in managing teams in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with improving safety, effectiveness, accuracy and budget control
  • Knowledge of advanced export administration and the logistic service provider marketplace
  • Experience with ERP systems and data management (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX is a pre)
  • Well developed and effective communication skills in English and Dutch (German is a pre)
  • Willingness to travel to Kontich (BE) frequently
