Your main role is to drive sales of BuzziSpace Acoustical Lighting Products through a variety of channels including distributors, dealers, designers, end users and architects and to boost sales growth for Acoustical lighting in the London area. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main role is to assist the sales team by developing design solutions, specifications and cost proposals based on the various requests received through the different sales channels.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • You design and space plan solutions based on the requests from the sales teams in P-Con or CET Design always meeting our claim of ‘Happy Healthy Workspaces’.
  • You generate a pitch presentation including, renderings of the proposals, counter proposals, acoustic performances and argumentations referring to the initial brief of the customer.
  • You are responsible for completing design proposals against agreed timelines with the sales team.
  • You are the ‘go to’ person for generating inspiring design solutions for each of the proposals, requested by the sales teams.
  • You will be required to generate product and project quotations using the Navision system where accuracy is key in the execution, therefore excellent IT skills would be beneficial.
  • You will provide specific sales support to a few major dealer accounts which will involve time spent with each dealer in order to take project briefs along with providing a supporting role in client meetings.
  • From time to time, particularly at times when the sales are not present in the showroom, you will required to host showroom visits and to provide an engaging presentation to our potential clients.
  • You are responsible for keeping track of the proposals by using the Podio database system to update progress and to allow the sales teams to follow up each proposal.
  • You connect on a regular basis with your counterparts in the organisation (HQ) to challenge, share ideas, suggestions, projects, insights from your market.
  • You liaise with our approved installation team to generate installation quotations in support of the sales team.
  • You create ‘mock-up’ support information upon request.
  • You keep up with the trends in workplace design and reflect this knowledge through your execution of design proposals.
  • You share on a regular basis within the organisation the various ‘live’ projects and also the projects won & lost, including the reasoning behind this outcome.
  • You will share phone answering responsibilities with our CSR.
  • You provide administration assistance to ensure that the day to day management of the showroom is maintained.
  • You provide assistance in ensuring that the showroom is kept at a consistently high standard in terms of its overall appearance. This will include liaising with HQ to ensure that new products are integrated effectively into the showroom.
  • You have increased connection with counterparts, sales and the customer services representatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a design degree or equivalent preferably in a closely related subject
  • You have experience with P-Con or CET Design
  • You can look back at a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

YOUR FUNCTION

As ICT Coordinator you help with development tasks and follow up some of the numerous IT projects. You are responsible for the technical support of IT matters such as installation and rollout of PC’s and laptops to the users. You are the go-to person for enquiries from the organization’s employees and help them resolve hardware and / or software problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Beratung von Architekten inklusive innovativer Akustik-Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Ausbau unseres Händlernetzes mit der Zielsetzung langfristige und kooperative Beziehungen zu etablieren
  • Gewährleistung bestmöglicher Sichtbarkeit am POS
  • Produkttraining des Personals vor Ort
  • Deine Projekte weiten sich oft über die ganze Bundesrepublik aus, viele sind auch international beeinflusst
  • Das ganze Team arbeitet gemeinsam an diesen Projekten um regional unabhängig eine bestmögliche Betreuung sicher zu stellen
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege unserer Projektdatenbank ist essentieller Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit
  • Deine Basis ist das Homeoffice und regelmäßig triffst Du deine Kollegen in unserem Büro in Aachen oder im HQ in Antwerpen
  • Natürlich bist Du auch bei unseren verschiedenen Messen oder Events dabei

YOUR PROFILE

Idealerweise erfüllst Du folgende Eigenschaften, wir freuen uns aber auch über Quereinsteiger die glauben unser Team mit anderen Fähigkeiten bereichern zu können:

  • Zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung von Architekten, idealerweise besitzt Du bereits ein gutes Netzwerk
  • Du bist ein Mensch mit hoher Affinität zu Fashion, Lifestyle und Design
  • Menschen die Dich kennen beschreiben Dich als „open-minded“
  • Du hast ein selbstbewusstes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen und besitzt gute „socializing skills“
  • Interessant wäre es, wenn Du selbst architektonischen Background mitbringst
  • Du weißt was es heißt selbstorganisiert zu arbeiten und hast kein Problem damit mindestens drei Tage pro Woche zu Reisen bzw. Kunden/Architekten zu besuchen
  • In Verhandlungen und bei komplexen Projekten bewahrst Du den Überblick
  • Sei Du selbst!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ein Führerschein ist natürlich auch obligatorisch
  • Außerdem solltest Du sicher mit den gängigen Office Produkten umgehen können und modernen Applikationen gegenüber aufgeschlossen sein

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Logistics Leader you are responsible for Warehouse management and Logistic streams in Europe, Middle East and Asia. At the heart of these activities you will be responsible for the 5000m2 Warehouse in Reusel (NL), which is the central hub for all BuzziSpace activities.

You will lead a growing logistics team including a teamleader, shipping coordinators and planners and motivate them to create a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In this role you will report to the Operations Director based out of Kontich (BE).

You are a strong advocate of LEAN and Daily Management principles and lead the team into improving safety, effectiveness, accuracy and budget control. You will manage the third party logistic suppliers, setup and manage missing warehouse processes and further mature the warehouse operations as well as work with related departments (After Sales, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Customs). As a team member of global operations you will strive to create excellent service towards all internal and external stakeholders of BuzziSpace and share your knowledge with your counterpart in the US.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistic Management
  • 5 years of relevant experience in managing teams in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with improving safety, effectiveness, accuracy and budget control
  • Knowledge of advanced export administration and the logistic service provider marketplace
  • Experience with ERP systems and data management (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX is a pre)
  • Well developed and effective communication skills in English and Dutch (German is a pre)
  • Willingness to travel to Kontich (BE) frequently
